What's the cost of delivery?

Orders which have a cart value of over R2000 will get free courier door-to-door delivery anywhere in South Africa.

Orders with a cart value below R2000 will have a delivery fee between R100-250 for door-to-door courier delivery depending on the delivery address. Most major-centre areas are aroung the R100-R150 mark in SA.

How long will delivery take?

Orders confirmed before 1pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the next working day. Once an order is dispatched the delivery timeframe depends on your location.

Main cities of SA will be 1 - 3 working days.

Non-main cities: 2 - 5 working days.

Rural/ outlying regions: 3 - 7 working days.

Tracking information will be sent to your email so that you can see the updates and estimated delivery times.

Do you accept returns?

Absolutely! If you're not happy with your goods then please let us know within 30 days of receiving your order and we can arrange to return the order to us for a full refund.
